Virtual Teams

Increasingly teams have members that work remotely from another, be it by virtue of location or time differences.  Successful virtual teams focus on three things – team, technology and task, shifting emphasis as appropriate to their development and work. 

At teambuilding.ie we simulate situations where teams work remotely and have to use technology for contact with one another.  In addition, we bring virtual teams together and provide an experience that heightens their awareness of the three components, values diversity and enables them to build on this knowledge when they return to the workplace.

Here active learning adds real value for teams.  Clients will remember an activity or discussion that highlighted the real issues facing their virtual team and how they overcame these difficulties when working together in and teambuilding.ie event.
