New Manager
A daunting part of any new manager’s role is taking over an existing team or creating a new team. The manager may be keen to establish clear lines of reporting, or learn how to work effectively with team members or create an enjoyable atmosphere in which to work.
Team members naturally too have concerns when a new manager is appointed, with regard to their style, or vision for the team, or realignment of roles and responsibilities. All in all, it can be uncertain time for everyone.
