At teambuilding.ie we have facilitators who have accompanied other organisations on similar journeys. This experience has enabled us to design a process that heightens team members awareness of various needs – their own and others internal concerns, business drivers, marketplace developments and customer requirements.

In Water under the Bridge, teams are divided into sub-teams to meet these various needs. Some have to build bridges across the river safe enough for the entire team to traverse and for craft to sail comfortably under. Others need to construct the craft to meet customer requirements, liaise with the bridge builders so that the entire team is on target and the various elements are completed within the given time frame.
