Change is a difficult time for most people. Without the necessary information and inclusion of all, uncertainty, fear and mistrust can reign. Change may result from turnover of personnel within the team, from the need to restructure to be more aligned to customer needs or from demands outside of the team’s control.

Our comprehensive workshop takes teams through the various stages from resistance to resilience and examines how to manage different team members responses during times of change.

Activities that get increasingly difficult by the removing of various supports mirror the change process and reinforce the resilience that can be developed within a team. Jailbreak and The Spider’s Web create such an environment. They offer team members an opportunity to articulate their concerns in a safe environment and yet find solutions within the team for overcoming these concerns.
